2008 Golf Memberships     Initiation Fees are being waved untill December 31, 2008.       Initiation Fee *  A $ 750.00 initiation fee and a twelve month contract is required for a Membership into Black Creek Golf Club. *  A $ 1000.00 initiation fee and a twelve month contract is required for a Corporate Membership into Black Creek     Golf Club.   Membership Advantages:   *  Greens Fees paid for the month. *  Reduced cart fee per round, regardless if riding in a homeowner's cart. *  Up to 7 guests per day will be charged reduced rates for golf.  (Unless approved by the Head Golf Professional) *  Unlimited use of the driving range. *  Handicap priviledges. *  20% discount off retail price on apparel, bags and clubs in pro shop. *  10% discount on food. *  Member only tournaments and functions.     Single Membership                                             $ 95.00 per month *  Covers any one (1) golfer age 18 to 59.   Family Membership                                             $ 115.00 per month *  Covers an individual, spouse and dependent children ages 18 years and younger.     Children attending college full time will also be included on family membership.   Senior Membership                                             $  80.00 per month *  Covers any one (1) golfer age 60 and older.   Senior Family Membership                                 $ 100.00 per month *  Covers any senior golfer age 60 and older and includes spouse.   Active Student Membership                              $  80.00 per month *  Covers any one (1) active student up to the age of 22 years.  Must show appropriate, valid identification     when playing.  Any student under 18 years old must have a parent or legal guardian sign for the membership.     Once the student reaches 23 years of age, and/or ceases to be an active student, the membership will change     over to a Single Membership.    Active Military, Fire, Police Membership          $  80.00 per month *  Covers any one (1) active full-time member of the Military, Fire Department or Police Department.  For     Military Membership, member must show their military identification and the membership will run through     his/her discharge date.  For a Fire or Police Membership, the applicant must show a current paycheck stub,     at signing, and bring a current paycheck stub quarterly to continue membership.  If a change in status occurs,     the membership will change over to a Single Membership.   Corporate Membership                                     $ 300.00 per month *  Corporations have the ability to allow any four (4) employees the ability to sign for golf and food on the       corporate account.  Clients and/or guests would be charged at the current Member/Guest pricing. *  In addition, the corporation can add up to an additional three (3) employees at $ 100.00 per employee.  There       is a limit of seven (7) employees on any one (1) corporate membership.  If more than seven employees are       needed for a corporation, a second membership will be established. *  A transfer fee of $ 100.00 per occurrence will be applied to the corporate membership in the event of a name       change to the membership.
